Julianne Hoefer

Since 2018, Dr. Julianne Hoefer has served as the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services in the Ocean View School District. Her career spans 28 years in Orange County, first as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in the Anaheim Elementary School District and later as a principal and Director of Educational Services in the Fountain Valley School District.

In 2017, Julianne was recognized as California’s Curriculum and Instruction Administrator of the Year by the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA). She holds a doctorate in Urban Education and Public School Administration from Claremont University, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees from California State University, Fullerton.
